Key Content is Not Accessible

I get this error when trying to download my software key to my lap top: "key content is not accessible"

This software key works on my desktop, I upload it back to the cloud and I can't d/l it.

Any ideas? Have not seen this issue documented anywhere.

Hello,

This is a general error message about the unsuccessful software key downloading. In most of the cases, this is caused by a strict firewall or virus checker software that doesn't let License Manager Tool create the license file.
You can try to disable/quit your Anti-virus software (or anything running in the background that could interfere) and try it again. See if that helps.

It is also possible that you are not administrator on your computer. You can check if you have full reading and writing permission on your computer (and/or ask your administrator).

If the issue still persists, and these suggestions didn't help, you should contact your local support team/distributor for help.
