My current Mac Mini has a single core 1.5 GHz processor.
If I I get a new one w/ a 2.0 dual core processor will I notice much difference in how fast my renders get finished?

I think you would see a bigger speed difference if you upgraded to AC12. AC12 takes advantage of multicore processors.
AC19(9001), 27" iMac i7, 12 gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 4850 512mb, OS 10.12.6

i'm put worse.I use archicad 11 on G4 - owc 1,3 ghz- 2 gb sdram and ati radeon 9000 pro with 64 mb ram. I hope change computer next winter . davide
