Our firm is looking at purchasing a new computer.
Currently we are considering the following:
E6700 Dual Core 2 Processor
4 GB RAM
Vista Ultimate
Leadtek 8800 GTX Video Card
Does anyone have any qualified bias/opinion on this setup?
Also, we render with Autodesk VIZ, and Lightworks.
Lastly, what would be the advantage of going to the nVidia Quadro FX3500? or going to a Quad Processor? or going to a Xeon Quad processor?
