PLEASE HELP!!! MORPH TOOL....

Anonymous
Not applicable
ok so...........i accidentally saved my archicad 16 model (of which mainly consists of morphs) as an archicad 15 file. I went to open the file today to do some final touch ups (as is due tomorrow morning) not realising i had saved as archicad 15...........opening it in archicad 16 to find all my morphs have disappeared, so the majority of my model and all the weeks work i had put into it.

Is there anyway i can get my morphs back??? any suggestions please????? will i have to start again????

Your only hope is if you have the original 16 model.
Sounds like you don't though which is a good reason why whenever you "Save As" you should always modify the file name in some way so you retain the original.

Maybe the BPN file might still be in the original 16 format if you have not saved it since converting to 15.

If you have auto back-up set to on, there should be a .bpn file stored somewhere. You may have to redo somethings but the original file should be intact.
