Hey,

We have a DJ 500 plotter and have to use the print function. However, for some reason it will only print on a 24" roll. I have been trying to figure out how to get it to print to a 36" roll. Any suggestions?

If the machine prints a foot too narrow, you have to put in 48" paper for it to make a 36" wide print.

Just joking.
