color set import in Plotmaker

I don't seem to see how to import a full new set of colors in PM without doing it manually= color by color.
Would anyone of you know a faster way?

I just wonder where the default colors are stored and what is the file format? Isn't there a less tricky way to change this, or better, to switch from one set to another?

It is soooo easy to do in ArchiCAD, why not in Plotmaker?

Are you are talking about changing the Pens in Plotmaker. What we have done is created three different PMK files that are saved in a Office standard Directory. These PMK files have different pen settings (and are named appropriately. These PMK files are imported to our Mater Layout sheets just outside the Print Area.

When view a sheet with on of these Master Layouts the PMK's can be Alt-Clicked (to get the Settings) and then the appropriate Linked Drawing on the layout can be Ctrl-Alt-Clicked (you are asked if you want to assign the pen weight and pen color.)

Attached view just shows the PMK's above the Master Border.

Hope that helps.
