Printing is super slow

When we try to print a pdf on our network it takes a couple minutes for the driver window to open after you click print. The driver window is slow unresponsive and then it finally lets you click print it takes another couple of minutes to send it to the printer,

This only seems to be a problem on the two computers that have archicad

Were running archicad 11

Wondering if anyone else has similar problem or fix.

Yes I have the same problem. Running Archicad 12. The same happens if I try to print a pdf file (3 minutes). I dont have a fix, and 2 other people in the office do not have the problem.

How about this. Someone has a program that interupts your printing process and sends a copy to a remote address. Why I dont know.
