Protection Key Problem

Hello,

Recently, I had to reinstall my PC, which meant that Archicad and SalesCAD were deleted off of it. I did have my discs for Archicad and SalesCAD and managed to install them but upon running the programs I'm getting "Protection key not responding" I've tried installing the latest WibuKey, CodeMeter or Sentinel drivers, but I'm unable to get the protection key working? I'm using Windows 10 and I know this has to be possible somehow since it was working before.

Archicad is 6.5 R3 and SalesCAD is just GDL SalesCAD 2001.
The protection key is a Sentinel SuperPro.

Do I need some sort of older driver, are there any special steps I need to do, or is this key broken?

I know nothing of SalesCAD or a Sentinal protection key - I have never heard of them.

 

Archicad 6.5 would have used a green WIBU key so you would need WIBU drivers.

I am surprised you could even install Archicad 6.5 (approx 25 year old software) on a windows 10 machine.

Let alone run it.

and scroll down, you will find a WIBU driver (version 6.00b) for Archicad version 7.

Maybe that will work?

I can only see version 6.6 driver on the WIBU web site.
