I remember when I was going to Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, one of the buildings had an entry from the parking lot on Floor 1, had an entry on the back of the building on Floor 5 (along with a huge lobby), and a side entry on Floor 6...
It was pretty confusing!
(for those of you not familiar with it, Pittsburgh is EXTREMELY hilly)
