Roof - change to draw degrees, minutes and second

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having with the roof tool. I'm trying to change the roof tool so it draws in degrees, minutes and second. It's drawing in decimal degrees at the moment, it was originally set up to draw in degrees, minutes and second but for some reason it has changed, but I haven't changed any of the setting. I've check my units in Options/Project Preference and it set up correctly. Has anyone ever come across this problem. I need help to fix this as this is our template. Thanks

I had the same problem. Where I can change it to decimal degrees but not back to degrees, minutes and second

Ahhh it can be fixed though! Open a project that has the roof set to d,m,s, then copy any roof plane from that into your project with the dec. degrees (make sure you turn the working units back to d,m,s, first) and it will turn all the original planes back to d,m,s!

Or not! Hmmm it works on one project I have open but not the other!
Both based on the same base template!

Also if I open the decimal degree project from the Archicad that has the d,m,s, project open, it switches the dec project back to d,m,s!!!

I've tried opening it the way you told me. It was working last night at home on AC11, but just to my luck it not work here at work in AC12.

Yeah it looks like it isn't a sure fire solution mate! It's definitely pulling some ran-doom behaviour!
