Set Up Apple Server

I need to setup an apple server.    Is there a step by step instruction somewhere?  I am tired of guessing.  Used to have a PC server until the Machine aged out.  The MAC version is confusing.

This is a prime example of any response from Graphisoft.

I did a similar inquary on Microstation - response back in 1 hour and autodesk 2 days 

And nothing from Graphisoft
