The Naked Truth

I have been using dual 19" monitors for about a year now. Yesterday, the newest blew a gasket and started shape shifting on me. So I put it out of service and began to work on the one screen.

OMG! I couldn't do it! I was distracted by the moving of one window to the front and had to chase my toolbars all over the tiny surface. My knees became weak and my eyes started going cross-eyed.

I raced the broken soul off to the store where I purchased it for warranty repairs and bought another cheap 19" one to fill its lonely place.

I'm fine now (in case you asked). All I need more is a couple of Ativan and a good night's sleep and I'll be ok in the morning. I'm addicted to dual monitors - I must be agoraphobic - I just couldn't work in such a confined space!

I can relate to your pain...

I work on dual 19" CRTs at the office - then come home to work on a single 21" CRT. - Big difference!
