Wrote about this problem before in AC16, but can't seem to find the answer sent. Stupidly updated my MacOS, now am in OS X 10.9 (13A603).
Just beginning to move into AC17 with the ACMT 17 template. Getting dots and 'missing library parts' notice, checked for Software updates, downloaded the update, it will not load.
Someone from the forum sent me to the location of a "special downloader" or expander that would fix this, but I can't find either the notice here in the forum or in my emails that tell me where to get the file.....HELP
