My PC crashed and I had a new hard disk installed which meant reinstalling all applications.
When I tried to reinstall AC 14, it didn't happen nor did it generate any error message. However, all of the support tools and apps seem to have installed properly.
I use a DELL Inspiron with Intel Pentium CPU, P6200 @ 2.13 GHz, 465 GB disk space, 6.00 GB RAM, 64 bits; operating system is Win 7 Home Basic, 465 GB disk.
Delete Java completely and then install the version that is on the Archicad DVD.
I had the same trouble trying to install 15 just the other day.
