Unable to install Archicad 17 / Win 7 64

I have downloaded (multiple times now) the Archicad 17 installation file for windows 64 bit from MyArchicad. Each time I have, about 15 seconds after I click on the file to begin installation, I get an error. See the attached image.

I am running Windows 7 64bit.

I have right-clicked on the file and "Unblock"ed it.

To begin the install, I right click and choose "Run as Administrator".

Any suggestions?

There have been some other reports of people downloading multiple times and getting a corrupt file each time. Be sure that your antivirus protection is temporarily disabled and try again... and/or try from a different internet connection perhaps.
