Version 7.0 (unlinked) to 8.1

I have some sketches, created by someone else, in Version 7.0 (unlinked) and I have opened them in Version 8.1 to revise into working drawings.

I have received the following error messages:-

1 REPORT

DUPLICATED DATABASE NAME "ROOFMAKER 2.1" AT LINE 1 OF FILE MATER_GDLROOFMAKER 2.1.GDL
DITTO

2 LIBRARY LOADING REPORT

6706
MISSING LIBRARY PARTS
2
DUPLICATE LIBRARY PARTS
(TOO MANY TO COUNT)
DUPLICATE NAMES
(TOO MANY TO COUNT)

Is there a way to correct these error messages?

or

Is it worth redrawing, site plan, ground and first floor, into working drawings, in Version 8.1 and linked??

Thanks in anticipation.

Lucia

If you have a 7.0 library load it and all will be well.

As the 8.1 lib parts are smarter, just do Find & Select and replace all of them by the 8.1 ones. Afterwards, it is plain sailing ...
