My coleagues iMac has CM single keyplug attached and everytime his mac goes to sleep and wakes again, archicad reports "no keyplug" and offers him to save or quit. Does anybody know the solution? It is brand new iMac with Lion.

You might try having him download and install the CM driver from here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/WIBU.html

(system restart required).

After upgrading to Lion, I had a problem that the CM daemon had to be manually started for AC to recognize the CM key. Reinstalling the driver from the link above resolved that ... no problem waking from sleep either.

Cheers,
