Where is Training Guide after download?

Just downloaded AC10 training guide - one hour! - but now can't find it or access it.

Also, when trying to access the Help Menu within AC - New Features Guide - for example, Acrobat Reader tells me "There was an error opening this document. This viewer cannot decrypt this document."

What gives?

It should be wherever you told your web browser to save files to... assuming it's done. It's like a 400+ MB download.
