Well, I tried uninstalling all CodeMeter and WIBUkey software, and then re-installed the 64-bit WIBUkey drivers etc from
www.wibu.com.
At this point the ArchiCAD License Activation program could not find the key.
So I uninstalled the 64-bit version, and installed the combined 32/64-bit WIBU software and the License was again recognized by the Activation program.
However, ArchiCAD 17 still does not find the License, although its reported error has now reverted to 'codemeter 230', with no codemeter software installed ...
Frustrating ... !!!!!
