Hi!
I have recently bought hp envy with amd ryzen 3700 APU. it has amd vega 10 graphics.
When I open 3d in archicad with openGL enabled I get black screen. I can se grid. When I orbit or pan a model it gets visible.
Driver is latest.
Does anyone has any experience with it?

I think you will find that the graphics is not up to the minimum specification for ARCHICAD you need a discreet graphics card that supports OpenGL 3.3

hm,
but when I go to explore mode or orbit or even when I right click in the screen model is shown.

So this is not like black window with nothing it looks like it is dark night since there is a model.

In GPU driver it says that it supports OpenGL 4.6.

Ok, could initial view have been inside a solid element such as a wall and once you navigate it moves the camera into space?

no, there is no object blocking the view.
This issue is most probably an driver issue.

Is there anyone who had similar issue and can solve this with proper suggestion?

Here it states that:
AMD's Ryzen processors with integrated Vega 10 & Vega 8 graphics processors perform significantly better than the rest of iGPU solutions

but in my case it does not perform at all since there is no 3d when stationary. If I start to move through the space I can see the building.

Switch your 3D window settings to use the internal engine rather than the
OpenGL.
If you can now navigate successfully in 3D then the issue is with OpenGL.

Hi
Did you find any solution? I have the same problem (Ryzen5 2400G with Radeon RX Vega 11) ...

Internal engine is OK but it is not the same quality as OpenGL...

Thank you ...

So in my case I found the solution - It was necessary to downgrade the graphics driver - version Adrenalin 19.5.2 is working as I expect ...
