archicad and LCD projector issues

Don't know if this is the right place to post but I am having the following issue.

I teach a BIM course at the university and each time I plug in my Mac book pro to a projector ( 1024x 768 ) my navigator disappears from my screen. no matter how I try to reactivate the navigator in the tool settings, it just doesn't want to show up. Instead I do get somehow the mini navigator as a "bonus" even though I never turned on the damn thing. Any one knows what is happening here and why I cannot get the navigator to show up again on a projection screen settings.

I'm guessing that your Navigator is off the edge of your screen so you cannot see it.

With the projector unplugged, you will probably be able to see it. Once you can see it, you can move it back toward the center of the screen.
