I am trying to newly install AC start 12 on a windows 7 64 bit computer and encounter no valid license key found (111). I have tried installing drivers for windows, but have not had any luck. Any suggestions?

Assume you mean Start 2012. Start runs by year numbers while Pro runs on version numbers. Did you install with the key UNplugged - and not plug it in until after rebooting?

If you re-installed the Codemeter driver, is it this one:
