2.Installing network license Cd in all the machines.
Rajesh,
This step is not necessary . The network licensing CD contains the WIBU-KEY Runtime Kit, which is server side only software. I don't think you will need to uninstall it though.
What you need to do on your clients is the following. You don't say which OS you have so I'll assume you are on Windows machines.
1. Go to your control panel and find the WIBU applet. If you are running XP and are using the "category view" in your control panel, you will find it under "Other Control Panel Options" on the left hand side.
2. Once you find the WIBU applet, choose the "Contents" tab, you will be taken there by default.
3. Double click on the Network icon, Double clicking on the icon will do a scan of your network to find available WIBU boxes.
4. If this yield nothing choose the "Network" tab. Then, under the "WKLan Server search list", key in either the name of the server or the ip address of the server on which the WIBU key is attached to, or you can even hit the browse button, doing a browse does not always yield results, that's why I suggest you key in the name or IP address.
5. Once you have done this go back to the "Contents" tab rescan your network ports, it should now find the WIBU box on your sever.
Note: If all fails I suggest that you uninstall the Server software that you installed on all of the clients and then try again.
HTH.
Cheers.
