hey. i am trying to understand why keyboard shortcuts don't always work. when i was using AC10 it always worked. now using AC15 or 17, i found that using the "standard user pref" instead of my personal scheme is helping but it is not clear which specification in this partition is the one responsible for the problem.
even when i re-open an existing AC drawing i have to change the profile again to get it right.
can anyone help?
