i recently have been asked to change to a copier, scanner, printer combo and i sent a file to plotmaker and published it as a PDF. i took it to the retailer to try and print it off and get a viewing of what the machine could do and it did not print the dimensions, elevations or plotmaker title block. i was disturbed. the PDF pulled up with everything in place but would not print. now being that i work only on residential i use 11x17 paper mostly and the layout was for 11x17 and 12x18. the machine was a ES3640 Series MFP from OKI Printing Solutions. the printer is new to the market so you may not be able to help but all suggestions are welcome. thanx guys.
