screen hints - dims etc apple R

I seem to have lost the 'apple R' facility to move objects to a set radius - the tool box has disappeared in my settings - does anyone know how to get it back up ???

If you mean the co-ordinates palette, then WINDOWS menu > Palettes > Co-ordinates.

Thanks Barry but its not that - its the offset I can't make work right now ?

command r - and the length is not showing on my screen ? I'm sure its something simple.
