i delete them from my desktop bat they still appears here

Well, that article gives you the exact steps you need to do. So I cannot really give you a simpler way to do it.
But here is another thing you can do: let's say your recent file list shows the most recent 12 files. In this case, just open 12 different ArchiCAD files that exist. The names of these files will then replace the names of those files on the list and you have it solved.
