Do you mean like a "Screenshot?"
If the image exceeds the maximum size, use something like Photoshop to recompress the JPEG to be under 256kb.
On mac it is easy to take a tiny screenshot, and there IS a utility on PC to do the same.....

After this ,if you don't have "photoshop" you can use "Paint" from program->accessories and paste the clipboard contents

Thanks guys, I didn't even this of that button...I haven't had much use for it in the past but will keep it in mind for these forums.
