AC 12 object in AC13 bugs

I begin to convert my AC12 project in to the AC13 project. I found that some AC12 object, like WC12 or Basin12, is can not to modify or event delete.
Did someone know what to do?

Just a guess based on your signature: when you upgraded your key to ArchiCAD 13, did you also upgrade the MEP license? You need to go through the upgrade twice, as the first one upgrades the ArchiCAD license, the second the MEP license.
