AC10 Library benefits compared to AC9 Library use in AC10

What are the benefits of the AC10 Library over the AC9 library?

Is it worth while converting to an AC10 library on a newly started AC9 project?

I need to make a decision as to which Library type to use, before
more drafting with detail is done.

Need some advice please

Some back ground:
Currently there are 10 pln files that hot link into an eleventh file.
Most files are created in AC9.
Very basic drafting done so far, Just conceptual buildings
ie. no schedules, no layouts,
with minimal extl. windows, extl. doors etc., a few trees
No interior, no electrical, no plumbing
Project has many mesh to roof items.

At the moment, my AC10 files are loading with an AC9 library, there are
NO missing objects, NO missing materials etc, loads cleanly with out
the 'Library Manager' opening up.

Is it worth while converting to AC10 library?

Thanks Greg.

I would just download the latest version and replace your current version with it.

In ArchiCAD select from the help menu Check for Latest Update ArchiCAD 10 Library...
AC versions 3.41 to 25 (UKI Full 5005).
Using AC25 5005 UKI FULL
Mac OSX 10.15.7 (19G2021) Mac Pro-2013 32gbRam AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB graphics

I did as you suggested, downloaded the latest AC10 lib and replaced my existing AC10 lib. I got a gazillion errors, duplicate names, missing objects etc. which is what my original problem was when I switched from AC9 to AC10!

Fortunately I sucessfully restored all my existing AC10 and AC9 libraries.

So the question remains:
Is there an easy way I can check to see if I have the latest AC10 lib?
Perhaps any one object that I can view in my AC10 lib that you or someone else have the correct specs for? This way I could look at one existing object in my AC10 library and compare the specs.

If it is not current then I can figure out how to load the newer ver and maintain my old AC9 items etc.

Thanks Greg.
