ACAPI_LibPart_Create Error: -2130313215 - Please Help

I get this error every time I try to import a 3ds. file using the A9 add-on. Then I also get the same error except instead of "Create" it says "Save" error.

Is there a fix to this, am I doing something wrong?

Please help
