Is there an ArchiCAD library part like this or do I need to make one for my self?

Which SmartParts library is it in? Can I buy it separately? I saw one for $15.00 on the objectsonline web site. I think that is to much. I think I will just hobble-cobble one from a cased archway and a window in the same spot or something.
