Archicad 12 Door and windows not showing on plan or elevatio

Hi,
I am pretty much a technical ignoramus. I am using A12 on Hp Pavilion dv 5 and the objects in the library do not appear when placed. They create space but are not showing in 2D.

Annette:

Check the Model View Options > Options for Construction Elements > Door Options. For more information with images, go to Help > ArchiCAD Help, when your browser opens click on the "Search" tab, and input "Model View Options" in the search box, in the results list will lead to detailed information.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
