Tried this also but to no avail. http://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/troubleshooting/3d-modeling/missing-elements-troubleshooting-guide/

“Elements to show in 3D” is not filtering out all element types (View/ Elements in 3D View/ Filter Elements in 3D)

Do you see an empty opening in your wall in 3D or is it just a solid wall?

If it is not the filtering my guess would be the renovation filters.
If not that then maybe a Model View Option setting or possibly you are not viewing all stories in 3D and it is in a different storey to the one you are looking at.

Thanks Barry, anyhow, it was solved. Will post more here as there's one more user with the same issue.

This was the sequence which solved the issue, we think:

1. reload archicad libraries and test; if no luck we proceed to number 2.

2. checked all the folders inside libraries with the old libraries

2.1 if there were missing ... this was the first/try-out solution I did on an iMac yesterday, hostname: MAC-024,

Since the issue was the same with MAC-034 but when I was trying to MAC-034 it did not turned good.

(I observed that the library was not showing enough, even though most are there...contents of Object in the new libraries compared from the old libraries)

3. renewed iMac login accounts (and mobile account of the user)

Note: deleted the user's folder, GO>Computer>Macintosh HD>Users

4. open archicad 18 and reload again the libraries

5. all good now (except for one MAC.

4 MACs had the same issues for the past days.

I am not sure what is going on but in your original post you said the door is not showing in 3D.
I assume then that you could see it in 2D.
If that is the case then there is not problem with the library - at least for that door object.
If it was 'Missing' then it wouldn't show in 2D either.

Screen shots are always a good thing and usually explain better than words.
