Archicad 27 for Mac favorites not working

Robby
Booster

I am having trouble using favorites.

As an example, if I want to use a sliding window and choose it in my favorites, archicad will not place the selected window from favorites. It seems archicad will only place whatever window was used before. This applies to all objects I've tried from my favorites. Another example, if I wanted to place a favorite sink with cabinet but last used a toilet , archicad will not place the selected object but will continue to place the toilet last selected.

I can select without trouble different objects as long as they are not favorites. Anyone else experience this?

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 5030

Ok I found the problem- I had my transfer settings set at "exclude library part" apparently the favorites are sensitive to the transfer settings - see pic attached - all good now

You are double clicking the favourite to pick it?

Just selecting it (single click) does not apply the settings.

Versions 6.5 to 27
i7-10700 @ 2.9Ghz, 32GB ram, GeForce RTX 2060 (6GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

Thank you for the response Barry - yes indeed I double click to no avail. Please see screenshot. The slider window favorite is selected, yet the window placed is a casement.

It has to be a fairly quick double click.

Selecting as you have shown and pressing ENTER will select it as well.

If that does not work then there is something wrong, and I am not sure what that would be.

So I tried double clicking as fast as I am able and have also tried selecting and press enter -to no avail😕
