BIM object download

I'm fairly new to ArchiCAD so please forgive me if I am doing this all wrong ...

I have downloaded a BIM object (it's fencing, if you are interested).

How on earth do I get that into my model?

I've looked at various forum Q&As here and none seem to make sense.

If it is a single object,

Go into Library Manager in Archicad and add it to the Embedded library.

If there is more than one object, place them in a folder on your local hard drive (or network drive) and then load (add) that folder in the Library Manager.

Re-load the libraries and then it will be available in the object tool.
