i want to have available a much more extensive library of colours and materials. WHERE CAN I FIND ONE? the default colors and materials are too restrictive.

It is also easy to set up your own textures for use in ArchiCAD either using edited photos of the texture, or the procedural lightworks shaders. There's lots of information in the help files and in various posts on here giving further details about texture creation.
