Cavity closure

I've prepared some construction documents in ArchiCAD & will have to "translate" all the layouts into dwg.
1.I've a minor issue with the cavity closures.As the background of all hatchings is set to 0 - to avoid tons of solids in the dwg - my prefabricated closures for windows don't show correctly( as you can see overlapping the insulation of the composite wall).For some reason (same settings!) it works fine with terrace doors.
2.to make it more fun my terrace door has a very short unwelcome line,too, intersecting the plasterboard on the inside face.
3.I've created my cavity fire barriers using polygonal walls & subtracting them from my external walls.It didn't work , so I had to add background to it , but it hasn't resolved my problem with the dwg file.
If you came through similar issues please let me know.
