Ci Doors + Windows : Wall Hole Glitch

Help please! I'm working in Archicad 28, and all of the wall holes around the Ci Doors+Windows are glitching. I've uploaded images of before and after to show the issue. Archicad and Ci Tools are up to date; I've deleted and reinstalled everything multiple times. That seems to be the only way I can reset the project. It's a teamwork file, and multiple users are experiencing the same problem. We are able to fix the model for a few hours, and then the doors and windows glitch.

I exported a solo file to try to repair it while the model was still working properly, and in the middle of cleaning the file, the doors and windows glitched, again. I've contacted Graphisoft support, and they aren't able to reproduce the issue. I don't know if it's a library issue or something else. I'm losing my mind trying to figure out what's going on. If anyone has possible solutions, I would be so grateful.

yeah, thats from the c/i door... I think this was in AC26; I can check to see what the setting may be in 29... if you can direct message me a .mod file of that door, I can dig around for a few minutes on it to see if I can remember what I did to fix it last time (select the door, go to file > external content > save selection as module). should be a super light file.
