Not that I know of with the built-in light objects, but there's a really nice recessed light object available through Objects Online that lets you select the aiming angle, and whether or not it's a downlight or wall washer. It lets you select different trims, too.
Sorry, I don't remember what the object/collection is called, but you'll find it if you poke through their offerings.
