Custom Door Panel glitch

Right, what have I done wrong here? I don't make custom door panels often, so have I just clicked something wrong?

My door panel appears a couple of meters behind the door frame??

Something to do with how I've made it perhaps?

Any help appreciated!

Maybe the Slab or other element from which you saved the custom panel was modeled far from the X-Y plane and this causes this situation.
