Can someone please tell me where to find the setting to make each of the leafs in the D2 Segmented Transom 12 door equal?

On the Parameters tab, under Door Panel, set the Panel Division Type to Proportional.

You are right, there isn't. I was looking at the D2 transom 12 not the D2 segmented transom 12.
The 12 library is the pits.
