I cant find out how ?

Are you loading the same (AC9) library in your version 10 file?

I think you have to export them from 9 and import them into 10.
In 9:
-Open the favorites pallette
-click on the very minimal arrow at the top right
-chose Save Favorites to create a *.prf file
In 10:
-same thing, only Load Favorites and look for the *.prf file you just created.

They may. However, I recommend you to start anew every time you start using a new Archicad version. There are several new features, also in the object libraries, that you will not be able to utilize if you just transfer your old favorites.

I tried the following:

1. In an AC10 file, I loaded favorites created in AC 9, the way David Collins proposed
2. I loaded AC 9 library, into the active libs of an AC10 file
3. I copied a wall with favorite windows and doors from an AC9 file and transferred their properties into AC 10 windows and doors
4. Now I have to rename favorites and create a new *.prf file

Does it sound ok to you ?
Is there an easier way?

Thanks a lot for your time .
