DWB UI Disappears

Aaron Bourgoin

We've noticed a problem today when trying to edit DWB windows in ArchiCAD 10 (1087).

Whenever we press the Set-Out Tab, the User Interface disappears. After pressing the cancel button, all the other tabs are functional. Clicking on Set Out again makes the UI go away and none of the other tabs are visible.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Aaron,

Make sure you have the latest update. Version 10.7 is the latest as far as I know. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling it. I did have something like this behavior with the Accessories add-on at one point and CadImage fixed one of the files and then it was fine.

I just tried it here myself and it seems fine on my computer. You didn't say if you were running it on the MAC or PC side of your computer. I don't know if there would be any difference but you might try it on both to see if just one is acting up.

Cheers,
Gerald Hoffman

Just happened to me once this morning, in AC11 ! Otherwise seems to be working fine. Never had this problem with AC10.

Often this is because the macro images are different for the PC and OSX versions of DWB. PC uses TIFF/JPG and Mac PCT I believe. Would be nice if they just used PNG on both. The setout tab is calling those macros.
