Detail Tags

Is there any way to show a detail tag, or section cut with the background masked in the bubble? I did it once and it was a long time ago and I cannot get the new ones to not show hatching in the circle.

Pic attached from a DWG file of how I need it to look. I may just be using the wrong detail tag but I have looked everywhere to find a tag that hides what is behind it so you can clearly read the text.

The built-in section marker has this ability (at least in 16 which is what I have in front of me right now). The NCS markers lack the option to have a fill in the bubble. If you need those, you will have to open the parts and fix the code by replacing a CIRCLE2 command with a POLY2 variant and save the parts under a different name.

Yeah this is in 17. The old ones I made were in 16. I hve no clue how to do what you described so I am going to wing it and fudge it to make it look right.
