I am trying to get a door to look like the window next to it in the attached drawing. The door puts the trim at the smallest point of the wall build-up, not the thickest, as it needs to be. The wall is a complex profile wall that more accurately shows the walls, as this is our main business. Does anyone have any ideas? I am using AC 11 the newest build and library.
I've had the same problem. I would have thought that the opening reference lines that are set in the complex profile editor would have defined the reference location from where the door would be positioned in the wall.
Not sure on log walls, but under the doors
parameters> try out the different "wall types".
Also your red reference lines of the profile
itself may need to be adjusted to right spot for this
specialty type of wall.
Never seen a log house on the delta.
