Door/Window sill set to story

Hi, is there a way when setting the sill anchor for doors/windows to the story (and not to the wall base) and saving it as a favorite, to have it relate to the actual story it is being placed and not to the story of the created favorite????

I don't know, but I have the same problem. I place a favorite window on the first floor, no problem. I go up to the second floor and place the same window, it shows properly on the plan, but it is actually (virtually?) located on the first floor in 3d, section and elevation.
