Door not showing on plan

i HAVE PLACED A DOOR IN A WALL.  THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR IS 36" OFF THE GROUND   AND DOES NOT SHOW ON MY FLOOR PLAN- IT SHOULD SHOW ON THE PLAN LIKE A WINDOW DOES.  CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS?

What is the 'Floor Plan Display' option set to for the door?

Depending on that setting, the height of the Floor Plan Cutting Plane may come into play.

Is there a renovation filter active in plan that is hiding the door?

Is your Model View Option set to hide doors on plan?

That does not work.

My other option is a dutch door.  But cannot find one and BIM Objects does not have one either.

You have not answered my questions.

I suspect if the door at the rear is showing then the MVO setting is OK and probably the renovation filter is not an issue either unless each door has a different renovation status (existing/new) - but I doubt that is the case.

If you lower the height of the door, does it show?

If yes then it is the floor plan display option or you need to adjust the floor plan cutting plane height.

I played around with a door a while back. Leaves use the same settings, division is controlled by the Handle Height. I think all the macros are there, the majority are the default INT door macros. Maybe I will get around to splitting out the leaf settings and giving the division height it's own parameter, at some point later...

Turned out to be a corrupted door.  Delete and reinstalled fixed it.

I did find a switch to display on the floor.  FYI felt it a little backwards as the swing should ALWAYS be invisible and the OPTION should be to cut it off.

in 40 something years never seen a need to cut off a swing.  Made harder than it needs to be.
