Editing Drawing Title

Hello Archicad Pros

New user here...
I'm setting up Drawing Titles that have a graphic scale and I am getting this strike through when I add the scale.

Can someone please tell me how to edit and position the scale so that it's not covered up? See attachment.

Is the scale something that has to be repeatedly moved like that?
I set up my Title in the favorites and want the scale to be activated in a spot that isnt in the strike.

It should stay put as a Favorite.

I would suggest configuring NCS Drawing Title 2 19
Make the Circle Diameter 1/2" instead of the 5/8" default
and set the Link Width to Length Parameter
and show the scale bar.
