Could anyone tell me the coding for the name of a composite? Like GLOB_ID is the coding for the global id.

Thanks,

Michele;

I have copied the text below from the AC (9) help guide (GDL Reference Guide > Miscellaneous > Global Variables > Wall parameters - available for Doors/Windows) - although I have never used this variable.

You could extract the information using vardim2 (to determine the number of layers in the composite).

HTH - Stuart

WALL_SKINS_PARAMS - parameters of the composite wall skins
array with 12 columns: fill, thickness, (old contour pen), pen of fill, pen of fill background, core status, upper line pen, lower line pen, upper line type, lower line type, end face pen, fill orientation and up to 8 rows, core status: 0 - not part, 1 - part, 3 - last skin of core, fill orientation: 0 - global, 1 - local
